These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Outlaw Gaming website and purchase of products. By accessing our website or ordering any product, you accept and agree to these Terms and our related policies (Privacy, Cookie, Return & Refund, Shipping). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with a parent or guardian’s supervision.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices for our gaming accessories (controllers, etc.). Minor variations (color, design details) may occur. All products are subject to availability. Outlaw Gaming reserves the right to discontinue, limit, or modify products and prices at any time, even after an order is placed.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time (e.g., if a product is out of stock or pricing error). If we cancel your order after charging your payment method, we will refund the amount promptly. You must provide complete and accurate information (name, address, payment details). We will notify you by email or SMS of order confirmation, shipment, or any changes.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST as required by law unless stated otherwise. We accept standard payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking). Payment is complete only when authorized by our payment processor. In case of any surcharge (e.g., bank fees), we will inform you beforehand.

We ship within India through our logistics partner (Shiprocket, working with various courier companies). See our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery estimates (typically 3–7 business days in metro areas, 5–10 in non-metros). Delivery timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once we hand over the package to the courier. We are responsible for delivering the parcel to the courier, but the courier assumes responsibility after pickup.

You may cancel your order without charge up to 24 hours after placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier). After that, cancellation will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In line with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we do not impose any cancellation fees on consumers.

Our policies align with applicable consumer laws. We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for defective or misdescribed goods per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

All Outlaw Gaming controllers come with a standard 12-month limited manufacturing warranty. (Terms of the warranty are explained in the Return & Refund Policy.)

When using the site or products, you must not engage in unlawful activities, hacking, transmitting malware, infringing intellectual property, sending unsolicited messages, or any form of harassment. Breach of these rules may result in termination of your account and legal action.

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, images) and the products’ design are owned by Outlaw Gaming. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Our products and services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. In no event will Outlaw Gaming be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price you paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold Outlaw Gaming harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms at any time (e.g., due to legal updates). The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
