Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects. To be eligible:
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and the original invoice.
- The complaint should not be due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair.
1.2 Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@outlawgaming.in within 7 days of delivery, describing the defect and attaching photos/videos if possible.
- Our support team will verify the claim. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization.
- We will arrange for a pickup via our logistics partner (Shiprocket). We bear the shipping cost only for defective items.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, and confirm the defect, we will proceed as below.
1.3 Replacement or Refund
In keeping with the Consumer Protection Act and E-Commerce Rules:
- Replacement: We will replace the defective unit with a new one of the same model.
1.4 Exclusions
The following are not returnable under this policy:
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or any accessories.
- Damage due to improper use, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
- Issues arising from third-party products or accessories not made by Outlaw (e.g., using a controller with unsupported consoles).
- Any dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., color choice, ergonomic fit).
1.5 Refund Method
No refunds are provided; only exchanges are provided.
1.6 No Cash Refunds
Except as above for defective products, we do not issue cash refunds for change-of-mind cancellations (as permitted under law). Instead, you may request a store credit or exchange within the applicable period.
1.7 Replacement Warranty
Apart from the initial 12-month warranty, Outlaw may offer extended warranty promotions from time to time. (Currently, an additional 6-month extended warranty may be available under certain conditions.) Warranty services follow the same return process above.
1.8 Legal Compliance
This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We display and honor our refund/return terms transparently. If a product is defective or not as described, the law entitles you to a replacement or refund.
