1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Area
We ship orders pan-India. Our courier partner (via Shiprocket) covers all metro and most non-metro locations.
1.2 Dispatch Timeline
We process orders promptly. Typically, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. In some cases (low stock or special promotions), processing may take up to 7 days. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email/SMS when your order is dispatched.
1.3 Delivery Estimates
Once handed to the courier, estimated delivery is:
- Metro Cities: ~3–7 business days.
- Non-metro/Remote Areas: ~5–10 business days.
1.4 Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use it on the courier’s website to monitor delivery. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
1.5 Delivery Address
We deliver only to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for shipments sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
1.6 Shipment Handling
- Transfer of Risk: Once the package is handed to the courier company, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are only responsible for dispatching the item; the courier is responsible from pickup onward.
- Inspection at Delivery: Please inspect the package on delivery. If it appears damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
1.7 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping for most orders (details at checkout). In rare cases of heavy or oversized items, a nominal shipping charge may apply. Any such charges will be clearly shown during order placement.
1.8 Legal Metrology Compliance
All our products are pre-packed following the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. Each package clearly states the net quantity, manufacturer name and address, maximum retail price (MRP), and other mandatory declarations. Labels are accurate and comply with legal metrology standards.
1.9 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order is lost or arrives damaged (through no fault of the customer), we will assist with the courier to resolve the issue. If the courier confirms loss/damage, we will replace the item or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Grievance & Dispute Resolution
Outlaw Gaming is committed to fair and transparent practices. If you have any complaints or issues regarding your purchase or these policies, please write to our Grievance Officer (see Sections 1.11 and 3.17). Under Indian law, our officer must acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. You also have the right to approach consumer courts (District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
